ELLIS J BARRACLOUGH
BBC Music Introducing Stage: 2:15PM – 2:45PM
The exceptionally talented 18-year-old from Hull started playing guitar when he was just 3 and penned his very first song at the tender age of 8.
Ellis has been playing local gigs in Hull and some select dates in London over the past year or so, the response has been phenomenal.
Musical influences range from The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Kings Of Leon, Ventura Highway, Radiohead, Kate Bush and Kula Shaker.
His debut album entitled Ellis J Barraclough is just undergoing some final touches and will be scheduled for release in the autumn.
Ellis completed his debut support tour with Simon Fowler and Oscar Harrison from Ocean Colour Scene in April 2024.
To coincide with the live dates, his debut single Blasphemy was released on all platforms on April 12th.
