Touching down at the festival following the release of the debut album 'Simma Enters The Game', expect a unique melting pot of raw digital reggae, dubbed out hip-hop and bass-heavy chiptune beats!
Featuring a globetrotting roster of vocalists, the LP saw a full vinyl press and regular airplay on BBC Radio 6Music and 1Xtra, released on his own 'Dub Junction' and 'SUPERCHIP' record labels
No stranger to the local music scene, Simma can be found hosting his own 'Hull Dub Club' events at The Adelphi with Three Crowns Soundsystem and has proudly flown the flag for the city getting enlisted to support the likes of Lee Perry, Toots & The Maytals, Shy FX, Fatboy Slim, Grandmaster Flash, General Levy and Mungo's Hi Fi over the years
After DJ'ing at pretty much every Humber Street Sesh over the years with the Residents Association crew, Simma ups the ante for 2024 with a full slot on the BBC Introducing stage bound to be packed with original productions and exclusive dubplates!
